If you are suffering from a slow internet connection it could be that your line is along way from the exchange and only supports a slow speed or it could be that you have a genuine line problem. You may also experience an intermittent connection, don't worry all this can be checked out for you and we can liase if necessary with your service provider, you may have contacted your provider before but sometimes its easier if you can relay the problem to them so they can correctly understand the issue.

 

 

We can test with our extensive diagnostic equipment whether you have a problem or not. We can also test if your probem relates to a broadband issue or if your devices are connected wirelessly then it could be related to that.
